Job Description
- Selling IT Certification by obtaining client information & Counselling customers for certification.
- Obtaining client information by making enhanced outbound calls.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & Verifying information.
- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
- Selling & Advertising Different Training Courses in APAC Region/US Region/Europe/Middle East/PAN India.
- Assuring registration of participant in batches according to their education requirements.
- Creating database of Existing and New clients.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients & growing business from existing clients.
- Informing participants by explaining different courses package/ Answering related questions/ Providing information.
