Job Summary
- Looking for candidates with good communication, presentation and team management skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing / telesales / outbound calling / client servicing would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Having the ability to identify potential clients, generating the leads, manage existing customer relationships, understanding the requirements of the clients, providing an appropriate solution and closing the leads.
- Lead generation via calls & mails & handling all the direct queries generated through online portals, website and other platforms.
- Achieving Sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business.
- Understanding on all the development platforms and digital marketing interface.
- Interacting with new & existing clients using Tele conversation, Emails and chats.
- Coordination with designer and developers for client project completion.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
