Job Description
- Responsible for revenue generation of the assigned center by driving sales through outbound calls and one to one counseling for our International Education Division.
- Responsible for conversions from data collected from seminars and events.
- Responsible for marketing activities comprising of ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns and ensuring maximum ROI.
- Responsible for proper counseling of students or parents as per the counseling guidelines.
- Ensure conversion from telephonic leads and referrals
- Contributes in centre-level customer service activities like maintaining inventory of study materials, resolving student queries etc.
- Support in setting up counseling desks, events, fairs in school & colleges etc.
