Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

# Understanding the goals of the company and develop sales strategies for growth accordingly.
# Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into business growth.
# Selling of Branding Services, Websites, Digital Marketing services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
# Conduct focused, elegant sales presentations.
# Maintaining excellent relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
# Managing and retaining long-term relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
# Achieve individual sales targets.
# Support in implementation of business and company initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

* Looking for Business Development Executives to work at a start-up culture.
* Any 12th/Graduate/Post-Graduate.
* 1 to 2+ years of business development/sales experience.
* Self-motivated and flexible to work with little supervision. Freshers with a good academic track record can also apply.
* Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong relationship management and persuasion skills.
* Enjoy learning to help colleagues and partners embrace and adopt new things.
* Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation) with the ability to articulate and sell on value propositions.

Salary: 8k to 18k

Work Timings: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Working Days: 6 days working
Week Offs: Sunday and First and Last saturday

Joining: IMMEDIATE
