Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets; counselors have the following targets:
  • First Month - 1 lakh + (4-6 upgrades)
  • Second Month - 2 lakh + (8-10 upgrades)
  • Cold Call, generate leads & fix appointments
  • Develop month–on–month sales models for proven business growth
  • Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
  • Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr’s subscription
  • Education Counselors at Toppr.
  • Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.
  • Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment.
  • Good Communication skills in English and the regional language.
Qualification & Skills:
  • MBA or Graduate with minimum 4 years B2C sales experience.
  • Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage.
