Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets; counselors have the following targets:
- First Month - 1 lakh + (4-6 upgrades)
- Second Month - 2 lakh + (8-10 upgrades)
- Cold Call, generate leads & fix appointments
- Develop month–on–month sales models for proven business growth
- Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
- Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr’s subscription
- Education Counselors at Toppr.
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment.
- Good Communication skills in English and the regional language.
- MBA or Graduate with minimum 4 years B2C sales experience.
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage.
