- Identifying new business leads: When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets. Being good with numbers is essential to monitor financial aspects.
- Pitching for services: Contacting potential clients via phone or email to establish rapport and set up communication. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers: To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization.
