Job Description
We are looking for a rockstar Business Development Executive to work with our Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. He/ She will be responsible to generate leads and arrange meetings for sales teams through multi-channel outreach.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
- Should make outbound calls on a daily basis to the allocated target list
- Should be able to convert cold calls to new business leads
- Should be able to perform research about the target market during lead generation activities
- Follow-up on inbound organic and inorganic leads from lead generation pages/campaigns.
- Leverage LinkedIn services to research and reach out to potential clients
- Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead/demand generation
- Should be comfortable using the social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SEO optimization, etc. for lead generation
- Should be proficient in communicating professionally with potential customers on the phone, email, phone conferencing, and in-person to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.
- Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.
- Should have good knowledge of Email marketing
