Job Description
Business Development Executive – Real Estate
- Capable
of generating leads for the sales and marketing professionals of the company.
- Convert
Prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential
properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the Prospects.
- Use
leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads
to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant
databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs etc).
- Take
Prospects for Site visits in Residential projects, answering all relevant
queries in the process.
- Ensure
that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with at all
touch-points.
- Work closely with the Civil Team to cross sell other
company services.
