Job Description

We are looking for experienced IT sales executive/Officer/Sr. Sales Executive for our organization. 

He/ She should have prior experience of IT sales as our focus sectors will be Medical, Travel & Hospitality, Education and E-commerce Market.

We have our own products, startups with services and other IT services as the core areas to hit the Market. Thus we are looking for highly sales oriented people.

The Person will be responsible for selling and up selling our products and services to new and existing clients and providing excellent Customer service to support the organization over achieving our sales & revenue targets and goals as well as proceed for the next term planning for the sales and Revenue targets.


Scope and Responsibilities:-

  • Should be target oriented (Volume and Value both) as per assigned numbers.
  • Responding to handling client’s incoming email and phone enquiries and providing solutions accordingly;
  • Should be self-motivated and have positive outlook and problem solving attitude.
  • Should have passion for listening to customer requirements carefully and presenting appropriate system demonstrations.
  • Should be able to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.
  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service w it h good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spread sheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word).
  • Should be able to handle multiple priorities when needed without compromising delivery & schedule.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle .
  • Lead Generation and conversion, follow ups, competition analysis, discussion w it h domestic as well as offshore clients.
  • Have experience of writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for services and clients close deals.
  • Should be able to generate leads via cold calling, telephone calls, marketing campaigns, emails, personal meetings.
  • Should be able to negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales .
  • Should be able to negotiate costs, delivery and specifications w it h decision makers.
  • In depth analysis of market and competitive Analysis
  • Representing company’s products and solutions at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Creating detailed and customized proposal documents as per customer requirements.
  • Payment collections from respective customers.

Requirements:

  • At Least 1+ years of work experience in selling software solutions and IT services (B2B, B2C) are preferred.
  • A bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred.(But not mandatory)
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • extremely organized with good follow-up habits and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel as needed Domestic and International
  • Ability to work outside of normal office hours too when necessary to align sales activities with client work schedules
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
