Performance Advantage Group Pvt LTD for Business Development Executive
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven and result oriented sales professional. An ideal candidate would be someone who has about 0 to 3 years of experience in selling training/ services/ solutions to HR community and is well connected to HR community.
The Role:
- To actively create new business and manage client relationships.
- To use his/ her business acumen and PAG’s proven solutions to address a wide range of people, performance and training concerns.
Activities:
- Pre Sales
- Sales
- Post Sales
Key Result Areas:
- Lead generation.
- Maintaining activity targets.
- Building and deepening client relationships.
- Building and maintaining database as per PAG’s standards.
- Achieving revenue goals while maximizing the available resources.
Pre-requisites/ Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to be an individual contributor.
- Strong business acumen and target orientation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A graduate/ MBA with relevant experience in selling training solutions to HR, L&D and training community.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 - 35,000.00 /month
