This fully remote role will be responsible for building new business relationships and selling education solutions for our clients. The candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills to develop & get business from schools and coaching institutes. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone & e-mails as well as dealing with Decision Makers/ Directors during the sales process. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Introduce our products to various educational institutions across their area of operation.
· Create & find tie-up opportunities with educations hubs, institutes.
· Find & reach out to counsellors/ teachers/ Owners/ Principal/Directors and finally the decision makers.
· Will be responsible for generating his/her own leads, preferably by cold calling and cold visits after the Pandemic and coordinating with the clients till conversion.
· Involved in Day to Day research for any potential clients (mostly through the Internet).
· Maintain accuracy in company records such as ensuring all calls have been logged correctly, opportunities have been tracked correctly and customers’ details are accurately captured.
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales pipeline.
Key competencies required for this role:
· The candidate should be fluent in English and local language.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethic.
· Experience in school tech-education fieldwork would be an added advantage.
· Demonstrated passion for technology-enabled digital educational solutions.
· The incumbent should have experience in generating leads and preferably having a network with tutors.
· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e-mails/ software/ MS excel/proficient social media usage.
