Business Development Executive
Job Description
The company is looking for hustlers to be a part of YSG’s – Sales & Operations team and BDE-Sales will work towards scaling-up the customer base by carrying out on-field operations. It involves spending most (almost all) of your time in the market / area / locality / streets of the city, meeting interested and potential customers. In this role, the executive will need to first identify source of potential customers (owners / drivers) and convince these interested customers / owners / drivers to get associated with the company.
The above-mentioned position
(BDE-Sales) is an ‘Individual Contribution’ and complete ‘sales
and target-driven’ job-role. Candidate/s having 0-3 years of prior
work experience (Age: 20 years to 28 years) in a similar role
and industry, would be preferred for this role / position.
Job responsibility:
- Identify and develop target relevant market segment.
- Generate leads for business by creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect client/s.
- Ensure sales by cold-calling, making multiple outbound calls and visits to potential client/s.
- Answering queries and follow-up call questions from interested and potential client/s.
- Meeting or exceeding ‘monthly / annual’ sales targets and goals.
