Roles and Responsibilities 

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and out bound cold calls and emails.
  
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
  
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects 
  
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  
• Perform effective online demos and prospects.
  

• Proven inside sales experience.
  
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
  
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. 
  

• MBA degree in HR and Marketing or related field
  
• Understanding of general Marketing Strategy concepts and practices
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (mandatory)
  
• Proficient in MS Office (mandatory)
  
• Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  
• Flexible to work beyond office hours to complete work
  
• Matured approach with ability to work unsupervised Attention to detail.
  
• Willing to t ravel across the country
