for US shift operations.

- We are looking for 1-3 years experienced BDM who can market online
recruitment solutions of Job
Portal and performs effective online demos to prospects, negotiate and
close the orders.
- MUST have excellent communication skills & social networking skills to
interact with candidates and willing to work in Night shifts ( 8 PM-5 AM IST).
- Experience in Client interaction, negotiation, follow ups and close the deals
- Sound knowledge of various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad
understanding on how the US staffing market works.
- Go getter, self-starter sales person and must be a good team player too close sales and achieve the quarterly targets assigned.
- Good
computer and email communication skills.
