Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary/Brief: We are looking for a competitive Business development Executive to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As a Field Sales representative, you will also research sales competition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Find prospects and leads through cold calling and various lead generation mechanisms.
- Learn details about our products and services.
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants.
- Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
- Meet Sales Targets periodically.
- Up-sell when appropriate.
- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
- Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
- Prepare and present reports when needed and report to the management team
Competencies Required:
Sales Experience: Fresher to max.3 yrs exp.
Decent Communication Skills.
The two-wheeler is a must.
