JD for Business Development

MBA/BA Marketing/Business degree preferred or the equivalent in experience.
Minimum 3 years of outside sales/sales management experience, which includes pricing, sales strategy, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage customers on a high level B2B and B2C platform.
Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability.
Exceptional listening and interpersonal communication skills.* A Collaborative spirit and flexible approach to sales.
Must be passionate toward building strong customer relationships and have a proven ability to prosecute and close new business.

Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how Nice Interactive can meet their needs.
Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
Must be an accomplished user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Develops and implements sales plans and activities.
Learns about Organization’s technologies, keeping up to date with the portfolio offerings and market trends.
