Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Understanding clients needs and providing them best services.
  
• Acquisition and retention of clients.
  
• Lead generation New client acquisition Revenue generation by Client handling.
  
• Completing monthly target Maintain Client information in CRM.
  
• Keep regularly updated with market movements.
  
• Meeting expectations by delivering desired calling hours.
  
• Filter potential clients from all the available prospects.
  
• Interact with the potential Clients who are interested in taking our services.
  

Knowledge And Skills: 

• Good Communication skills.Good Interpersonal skills.Positive attitude.
  
• Able direction, to support business expansion and growth.
• Interfaces with Bandwidth leadership to effectively communicate status, define critical issues and impacts, design mitigation plans and drive required decision.
• Serves as dynamic team player who can function as a technical leader as well as a strong business analyst and advisor.
• Should be fluent in English
