Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing the entire business development life cycle process, like initiating the Hot Leads from marketing team to the closure of the account.
- Good knowledge of all the bidding portals like UpWork, O desk, Guru, virtual Worker is a value add
- Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality ofservice, business growth, and client satisfaction.
- Formulating innovative ways of sales and marketing, cold calling etc
