- Slot Booking for Upcoming Works – Work Forecasting and Scheduling
- Preparation of various work contract documents
- Commitment Check List
- Final Estimate
- Work order
- Interior Work Checklist
- Purchase order
- Electrical work Sheet
- Monitoring of work Status and progress in every Stages
- Design Stage
- Production Stage
- Installation Stage
- Collection of various work payments from clients

- Final Payment
- Daily work done reports to ASM
