Experience:

1+ years of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing.
Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.
Qualification: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a BDE, you’ll generate leads from offline activations that are required to run sales at the city level.
You’ll spearhead Company’s offline operations with end-to-end execution of events. These events include hosting mock tests in different schools, organising games, workshops, seminars, and apartment activations.
Apart from organising events, you’ll ensure data collection and analyse this data to identify hot leads and provide them to the sales team as quickly as possible.

Key Skills:

Communication: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. Worked collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Responsibility: Taken ownership of top-line and profit targets for your team while being in a revenue-driven role.
Sense of data: Experienced in data driven marketing, including ROI / investment strategies / scaling.
