Designation- Business Development Executive
Job location:- Kolkata

Roles and Responsibility:-

Will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle of Ginesys ERP Solution (Retail & Manufacturing Solution).
Conducting cold calls to the Retail and Manufacturing Companies.
Generating leads and converting them to prospects
Coordinating and fixing appointments with relevant prospects for customer visit and demonstration of the solution.
Will be actively involved in negotiation and sales closure.
Should be travelling to customer locations on need basis depending upon the meetings and demonstrations.
Will be actively involved in conducting business promotion activates like trade shows & seminars.

Desired Skills and Experience-

Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a loosely structured but dynamic environment
In-depth understanding of the entire sales cycle in software sales
Good knowledge of retail and manufacturing industry in region.
Good knowledge of functional requirements from clients.
Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
