Job Description
General Job Responsibilities:
- The primary role is to locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close business relationships.
- They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Visiting client’s office for follow-ups
- Present our company to potential clients through PPT
- Coordinate with customer support team to follow-up with leads
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Escalate issues to Higher Authorities for timely resolution
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Higher Authorities(when required)
- Reports to be sent to clients(as & when required) and Management
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
