Job Description
- Responsible for bringing both IT and Non IT clients for our recruitment/staffing process.
- Attract new and maintain existing client relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings and email.
- Collaborate with current and potential clients to determine staffing needs and offer solutions.
- Negotiate on terms & contract process
- Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
- Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients.
- Maintain an accurate and current database.
- Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
- Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
- Keep the Organization active on Social Media Platforms to create and expand the awareness that people have about the Organization
- Should flexible to travel clients place.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
