Job Summary:-

Responsibilities and Duties:-

Looking candidate for MBA Freshers / Experience in Marketing.& Sales.
The BD officer, Sales, and Marketing will manage his /her own workflow and set priorities under the direction of the Sales Manager.

• 1-2 Yrs exp in Business Development industry preferred
• Comfortable for Travelling n Generating leads n building relationships with new clients
• Prospects for target clients for increased business growth.
• Analyses and plans innovative strategies of selling.
• Endeavor to build healthy bonds with new clients.
• Identifies new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales.
• Discusses and consults with other managers on the latest business trends with a view to introducing innovative products or services in the future.
• Build sales network in the identified regions and initiate first-level meetings with
• schools to provide company and product information
• Assist Sales Manager in ensuring regular communications with schools
• Works closely with schools to assess their needs for teacher training and manage its operations.
• Expected to travel in locations.

Required Experience and Qualifications
1..UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization PG: MBA Postgraduate in Any Specialization,
2. Two-wheeler compulsory required
3. Language should know Hindi & English
4. Willing to travel to the identified regions regularly for visiting schools and other prospective clients.
5. Good negotiation skills and customer orientation.
6. 2 wheeler is must required.
