Job Description:

• Assisting the revenue generation function by selling companies software products 
  
• Ability to cold/warm call prospects for lead generation, or generate own contacts
  
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to a global customer base, articulately and confidently
  
• Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  
• Qualify and manage opportunities including drafting proposals, agreements, etc.
  
• Negotiate pricing and make quick decisions.
  
• Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines.
  
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective client engagement throughout the sales process.
  
• Promote additional modules and new enhancements to existing clients.
  

• Needs to work in permanent US timings. (7.00 PM to 5.00 AM IST)
  
• Should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & Written)
  
• 1-3 years of Experience in selling software products.
  
•  Exceptionally bright Fresher’s with an MBA degree can also apply.
  
•  Any experience in handling US customers will be a major plus
  
• Should have strong negotiation & convincing skills.
  
• Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat purchases upgrades and cross sales of E-SoftSys products.
  
•  Any Graduate Degree/ MBA will be an added plus.
