Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • We are looking for young individuals who want pursue their career in Business development. 
  • The person applying will have a freedom of thoughts & space along with assistance from team leaders for experimentation, provided that the end goal is reached on time. 
  • The Job will be dealing from creating an avenue for generating business, getting prospective leads, converting the lead to finally engage with the customers during project delivery. 
  • This will be a holistic experience for the person to understand & work on various stages of Business development
  •  He/she needs to be open with working both in B2B & B2C environments, for example, B2C will be with respect students & B2B with various companies across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. 
  • Currently the company ITLH is in the exponential stage so the person applying will be working on partnerships with various colleges & organizations to increase the business outreach.


  • Planning & execution of various online & on ground activities with the team.
  • Working on Protocol of Business development ie Avenue building through partnerships to converting the leads & finally engaging the customers. 
  • Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
  • Plan on weekly & monthly goals based on the avenues & achieve them, it can be both by following the SOP & ideas on your own
  • Work with the Head of Operations and Sales teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Converting database into admissions. 
  • On field sales/Walk-ins for B2B clients and B2C Clients.
  • Cold Calling for B2B Clients & college students
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. 

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Person applying need to be a recent graduate, age limit 18-25
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to senior management. Interpersonal competences and excellent networking,
  • Efficient in time management, excellent negotiation skills, team player, good customer services & result oriented
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken business English should have good market knowledge and business awareness 
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Person needs to be solution oriented, aware both of him/herself & the customers & customer centric.

Expectations from the job:
