SELECTION PROCESS:

INITIAL SELECTION PROCESSONLINE APTITUDE TEST (90 Questions / 90 Minutes) & INTERVIEW
CONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER FROM DHFL: Full-time job on successful completion of training
ADMISSION FOR TRAINING: Fees of INR 30,000 + GST to be paid by the candidate)
TRAINING (10 DAYS): on Product, Insurance Sales & Communication)
INTERNSHIP: One-month Internship with DHFL with stipend of INR 8000
JOINING DHFL: On Successful Completion, Joining DHFL As Business Development Executive)

THE SALARY PACKAGE

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time employment with DHFL at an Annual CTC package of of INR 180,000 (INR One Lakh Eighty Thousand) at a position of Business Development Executive.
As a full-time employee, selected candidates will be eligible for sales incentives and other reimbursements as per DHFL policies. On an average, Business Development Executive take home INR 75,000 as incentives per month.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BDE - HOUSING FINANCE

Generating Leads for home loans and other allied products
Initiating and consolidating the builder tie ups
Organising the promotional activities at the branches
Assessing the credit worthiness of the customers, based on the SOP
Undertaking Pre –disbursal formalities as per SOP
Preparation of docket
Interact with the customer in order to determine the loan requirement, purpose of loan, income sources
Verify the documents that have been provided by the customer and request for pending documents through concerned team
Post login of file into the system, conduct verification or initiate for verifications through third party as per guidelines
Conduct personal discussion to resolve all queries related to issues identified during verifications
Prepare the proposal document detailing the loan eligibility after analyzing customer data and as per credit guidelines
Generate letter for the customer, collect property documents, and initiate technical and legal verification
To complete post sanction formalities related to checking of documents, execution of loan documents, collections of additional documents & PDC’s as per the guidelines and prepare the docket inclusive of all income/ property/ customer related documents.
