Job Summary:
- The basic purpose of this role is to ensure the implementation of the sales and
marketing strategy at the ground level.
- To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and
thereby promote Direct Sales/ B2B Sales/ Corporate Sales.
- Generate new leads from various sources.
- Follow up on customer inquiry and leads generated.
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account
Maintenance
- Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on
priority basis and thereby retain them.
- Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with
existing clients.
- Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and
services.
- Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out
of received leads.
- Number, value and income target achievement.
- Office Time: 9:00 to 6:00
pm
- Working days: Monday to Friday as
per policy but sales team generally works on Saturday also to meet with the
business needs. Kindly position us as a 6 day work week as Saturdays may or may
not be a holiday depending on work requirements.
- Salary: Above outlined figures are
indicative and will not act as a constraint in case of an exceptionally good
candidate.
- Reporting: Morning and
Evening both. We prefer people from places closer to our office, though this is
not a constraint.
- Gender: Open.
- We are willing to pay 8.33% of the CTC as the consultancy fee with a credit
period of 90 days and a replacement guarantee of 6 months.
