Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales of electronic Security such CCTV, Fire Alarm system, Time & Attendance System (Access Cards, Biometrics), Boom Barrier, Gate Automation, Intrusion Alarm, Public Address System etc through channel or to end customers
- Manage the Customer Lifecycle
- Conceptualizing solution as per customer’s requirement
- Costing & offer to draft, Reviewing case-wise statutory taxes & duties applicable
- Pre-sales activities & Frontend Negotiations with the customer
- Develop newer solutions & products using Customer Feedback/Market Intelligence
- Post-sales activities & Service Management
- Create order summary capturing all details of the order
- Initiate & lead kick-off meetings
- Project tracking & coordinating with the customer’s internal teams
- Allocation of Service team to projects
- Handle customer queries & escalations
- Relationship building to ensure customer satisfaction & repeat business
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Generate leads, Cold calling to prospective customers
