Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Primary responsibility of the profile would be to work extensively on enquiries and sales leads through various channels including leveraging existing customers and actively prospecting new customers.
  • Identifying, developing, managing, and closing potential queries from customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets.
  • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business with the existing clients.
  • Establish healthy business relations with current clients for securing repeat business & long term customer loyalty, solving their queries/complaints efficiently.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  •  Min – HSC passed, Graduates preferred.
  • Min – 6 months of experience required from a similar background (Sales/online marketing)
  • Candidates from E-commerce, IT sector, Digital Sales/Marketing background, BPO, KPO would be much preferred.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • A good understanding of the organization’s business potential and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & oral). Should be well versed and experienced with Phone, E-mail etiquettes.
  • Sales Negotiations and Business Closure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and comprehension skills.
  • Preferred previous track record of selling/up selling software products & services.
  • Should have sound knowledge and understanding of Digital technology, Software applications, web hosting and other related/similar services.
  • Hunts new accounts leveraging its own network to grow the funnel. Brings new accounts on his own.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade/convince customers.
