Job Description
Syntagi is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. We’re looking for an executive who is customer-obsessed and ready to solve the needs of our clients. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop & expand the network of Syntagi.
Contribute to the Company’s Revenue Generation.
Meet & Pitch potential clinics/hospitals about our product.
Reach and outperform sales targets
Reporting to Director, work closely with the core team to push sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Good interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
Team player.
Experience in the HealthCare domain will be preferred.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
The desirable level of IT skills/computer literacy
