Job Description
Position: AM / Manager Staffing
- Male / Female Candidate with min 4-5 years of experience working with Recruitment / Placement / Staffing organization only in Noida / Delhi.
- Must have been engaged in Business Development, Lead Generation, Getting New Mandates, Managing team for Fulfillment.
- Must be capable of finding new leads on own and hence develop database. Shouldn’t have any constraint in doing cold calls.
- Need to assess the skills for Account Management for development and growth.
- Good Communication Skill In Spoken and Written English. Preferred to have written some content and presentations in past.
- Should have worked on Job Portals like Naukri, Shine, Timesjob, LinkedIn etc.
- Must be living in Noida
- Should own a Laptop / Internet so available to work from home if needed. Resource should own a conveyance.
