Job Description
- Candidate Must have experience in B2B sales in the field of IT hardware (desktop / Laptop / server / Photocopier / printer etc.) / Telecom
- New Business development.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales and generating more revenue.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client’s needs appropriate to their business.
- Strong relationship Management, Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- You will need to be proactive and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Complete Ownership of assigned accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of final service offering. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Adhere to sales plan like meeting the budgeted number of clients every week, follow up with clients, meeting the sales target etc.
- Handling F2F meetings with the clients and do maximum closers.
