- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Researching and analyzing the new markets to find out better business opportunities
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
- Strong communication and IT Fluency
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Pitching products and/or services in International Market
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Requirement gathering from prospects
- Pre-sales operations
- Developing proposals and contracts
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up Skype meetings
