Job Description
We are looking some passionate people (Girls & Boys) who willingly ready to work in largest up-coming industry which is Cryptocurrency.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Respond to new counterparty leads and counterparty inquiries
- Gather relevant information and perform research required to vet and qualify leads
- Actively manage and prioritize pipeline of trading prospects; move prospects through qualification and onboarding stages
- Manage onboarding of new counterparties, including background checks, executing service agreements, etc.
- Work closely with the trading team to transition approved counterparties
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Perform business development-related research and compile data; create presentations and reports to support business development lifecycle
- Very strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience working in fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Proven relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A passion for cryptocurrencies and the role they play in global markets
- Previous account management or business development experience
- Previous experience interacting with financial market participants
- Experience working with MS Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
- Salary:- Negotiable (good as per industry)+ Incentives & parks
