- Identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources such as outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-ups, market research, email campaigns, etc.
- Building & managing a database of clients.
- Generating leads and ensuring recurring business via calls & face to face meetings.-Strong Verbal Skills.
- Dynamic Personality.
- Prospecting & building a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic sales plan developed by the Sales Head.
- Ability to achieve targets & goals MOM basis sales plan set up by the organization-Understanding clients needs and requirements.
- Ability to craft the sales pitch effectively as per the clients need and requirements
- Ability to effectively handle customer objections by having any innate understanding of the company's product and service -offerings.
- Persistent follow up with the clients until the closure of the sales cycle.
- Mastering the art of up selling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.
