Job Description
- Generate business via online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru and Freelancer.
- Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by researching and writing standard and customized proposals.
- Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
- Identify target markets and prospective clients.
- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify IT services (such as software, website, mobile apps, and software designing/UI/UX and web solutions.)
- Opportunities to fulfil.
- Develop the foundation for new client accounts and strategically nurture the already existing client accounts.
- Provide customers with quotations.
- Involve in contract signing and client relationship management and generate leads/ prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.
- Negotiate Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation.
- Ensure quality service by developing thorough knowledge of technical specification.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition.
