Business Development Executive:
We are seeking young, enthusiastic professionals with a mind for out-of-the-box solutions to join us. Who can take ownership of reaching out to relevant prospects (mostly HR Heads, CXOs), deliver product demonstration and guide them all the way to closure.
Skills:
- Excellent communication (good spoken and written English)
- Poised, self-confident, assertive, good convincing power and selling skills.
- Highly skilled at anticipating and overcoming objections.
- Proactive, willing to be intrusive with cold calls, while maintaining a sense of what is appropriate.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations via the telephone or in email with decision makers.
Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Ensure quality processes and standards in order to take advantage of opportunities as they come, and to acquire new customers
individually to develop and execute business development opportunities through online mediums, working with International suspects to deliver suitable revenue generating leads.
· Generate leads via various onsite channels like mailing, social media and cold calling and harvesting potential leads to the closure stage.
