Job Description: 
  • Visiting College, College Libraries and pitch AbeRuk Business for books ordering from college libraries
  • Timely execution of all sales activities – leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads
  • Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions
  • Build Publisher / Distributor network / tie-up in Maharashtra region.
  • Manage Complete Sales Cycle (Enquiry to Delivery)
  • Target oriented job role.
Skills required: 
  • B2B Sales experience in education / college / university / institutions sales etc.
  • Consultative selling experience (proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals) – 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Excellent problem solving
  • High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally and at all levels
  • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face)
  • Ability to establish/maintain credibility with customers and partners
  • Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, making timely decisions in order to meet business needs. .
  • Have zeal to work in a start-up environment. 
  • Has own mode of travel & laptop. 
  • Must have the zeal to travel to different parts of city to meet the leads directly on a daily and alternate basis. 
  • Software Skills:MS Office (Advance Level)
  • Education Qualification & Experience: MBA/BBA in marketing/sales.
  • Minimum 2 years business development experience. , Independence, Motivation for Sales
