Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must have experience in handling client relationship.
• Minimum 6 Months to 1 yr. experience required.
• Any Graduate can apply
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Attention to detail and strong commitment. 
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Willingness and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Researching IT clients from various social sites having Development and testing requirement and contact them to get the requirement.
• Researching the needs of other companies and fulfil their requirement
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Understanding the requirements with regards to skills, position, experience, location, roles & responsibilities
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with various departments and faster teamwork.
• Interacting with Recruitment Team to close the client requirement more specifically. 
• Constant follow up with the clients post interviews
