Job Description:

Generate leads by:

Researching HR and communication professionals on Linkedin and connecting with them

Validating and maintaining a database with contact details of HR & Communication professionals across India

Pitching the organization through:

  • Telephonic conversation – sharing relevant information about the organization to generate interest
  • E-mail – Send out emails to all contacts about the organization

Follow up and closing business opportunities:

  • Follow up with contacts to whom the organization has been pitched to, to schedule meetings or seek business opportunities

Pre-requisites for selection:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Word and Excel operation
  • Readiness to learn
  • Works within stipulated timelines
  • Is proactive and forthcoming
