Job Description:

• Responsible for all client communications. 
  
• Responsible for evaluating feedbacks from client. 
  
• Generate business from existing client.
  
• Maintaining Relationship with existing corporate. 
  
• Follow up on all expiring contracts & renewal the contract. 
  
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. 
  
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation following Quantum's procedure
  
• Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business
  
• Email campaigns to generate leads.
  
• Effective usage of new & existing client database for lead generation.
  
• Presenting  Quantum to potential clients through telephone calls and emails
  
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process; lead generation credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, and negotiation, close and manage the account.
  
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Quantum are captured and explored.
  
• This position will involve 30-40% Field Work. 
  

Required Qualification and Shortlisting Criteria:

• Freshers can apply.
  
• Qualification: Any Graduate or PG. (No BE/B.Tech/MCA)
  
• Excellent Communication Skills.
  
• Should be ready for Field Work. (Within Pune)
  
• Experience: 0-1 yr
