- Designation: Business Development Executive
- Experience: 1 to 4 yearsRelevant experience:
- Min. 1+ year of Lead Generation for US Market/ European MarketShift: (Night Shift) 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Weekly off: Saturday and SundayIndustry: IT & Software
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA Preferred)
- CTC: 2 to 4,50,000/- P.A plus incentivesJob Location: Viman Nagar, Giga Space Pune
- Reports to: Business Development Manager
- Only male candidate can apply

- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be able to speak fluent English
- Good phone etiquette
- Cold call on the data provided and pitch for Suma Softs range of services
- Good personality. General know how of software industry
- Should have experience in selling international IT services
- Willing to work in Night Shift
- Cold Calling. (Region - US), pre-sales
- Demand Generation & Lead Generation.
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
- Proactively generate leads and opportunities through various techniques
- Establish first level connection with prospects
- Set up appointment, demonstration, face to face/Skype meetings for BDM.
- Send emails to the prospects to share business offerings and gather requirements
- Follow up with customers regarding their business needs
- Grow network with prospects on social channels• Maintain the database provided up-to-date
- Adhere to the process laid down and strive to inculcate best practices for optimum results
