Job Description
- We are looking for a Business Developer cum Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
- You will handle different platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn for company’s marketing campaign.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for all in all of marketing and technology. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Sales Activities: Interacting with Tier 1 customers to generate recurring business.
- Overlooking at Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the client database.
- Project Analysis : Reading project requirement document
- Working with a team of developers and making sure that project are completed on time.
- Develop effective working relationships with Tier 1 customers in India, UK, USA and AU through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Manage Tier 1 accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy.
- Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Proven experience in the same field or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, various web development technologies, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills
- Should have experience working on different platforms such as upwork, people per hour, linkedIn marketing and advertising.
