Salary is Linked to Target. Salary : Rs 21000/- Target: Per Month,Recruitment of 10 Agents/ Point of Sales Persons and through them procurement of Rs.300000/- general insurance premium. INCENTIVE:payable for exceeding the target: 5% of excess premium & Rs 1500 for each Activated Agent/ POSP exceeding target of 10. If premium target is not achieved proportionate salary will be reduced.
NOTE-1:Agent/POSP will get commission as per IRDA guidelines.
NOTE-2: Activated Agent/POSP: who has procured cumulative Rs 25000/- & above premium.
