Job Description
Job Profile
1. Generate new leads through Internet/ other media.
2. Cold call as appropriate within the potential market or geographic area to generate new leads.
3. Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. Turn this into increased business.
4. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
5. Interact with the clients to understand the requirements effectively.
6. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
7. Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue.
8. Maximize sales of the category by cross and up selling the assigned category.
9. Maintain and develop a computerized client and prospective client database.
10. Develop and maintain profiles on social networking.
11. Build the brand image of the Company.
12. Handle objections by clarifying and emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
13. Co-ordination and communication with the Management regarding the sales aspects.
Requirements
1. Excellent Communication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English & Malayalam compulsory. Ability to converse in Hindi and Tamil will be added advantage).2. Own Conveyance – 2 wheeler (Mandatory. Fuel reimbursement provided)
3. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Knowledge in online and digital marketing.
5. Good understanding of software development process.
6. Knowledge in proposal writing/ corporate presentation/ other forms of corporate writing/ business communication (added advantage).
Academic Qualification: BBA/ MBA/ Any graduation (Marketing knowledge preferred).
