Primary
1) Channel Establishment
2) Optimize channel partner returns in terms of ROI and ensure mutually healthy returns
3) Evaluate the performance of channel partners on continuous basis. Where necessary, drop / identify and develop new channel
Secondary
1) Provide first-hand information to the marketing team on the competitor activity in terms of schemes, new product launches and pricing strategies on regular basis.
2) Proactively lend support to the Marketing Team in implementation
