Business Development Executive
Job Description:-
You will drive sales
and build a dynamic market for ConveGenius’ Insights (CGI) ACT program and EARN
(Early Childhood) offerings. Your success in this role is measured
based on your ability to build partnerships, achieve sales targets and build relationships with decision-makers in the school.
In this role, you will maintain a strong customer-centric attitude and drive sales. You will be a team player who thrives in a start-up environment and has a passion for improving the quality of education.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
· Responsible to cover the entire sales cycle which includes prospecting, qualifying, and sales.
· Drive sales operations by enrolling schools for CGI.
· Relationship management with school leaders; present a consistent CGI image to schools
Skills:-
· A strong customer-centric attitude with experience in sales, and client/partner management.
· A team player who thrives in a start-up environment and has a passion to improve the quality of education.
· Ability to understand the needs of the customer, present value proposition, and manage the entire sales cycle.
Qualification/Experience:-
· Bachelors/Master’s degree in business/commerce/economics/engineering.
· Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in selling solutions to educational institutions (K-12).
· Should be currently located in Hyderabad.
