• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our startup

• Maintain friendly relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.

• Help customers choose a perfect consultant according to their requirements

• Regular follow up of leads

• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

• Update & maintain customer data daily

• Being well informed and updated about the industry

• Handling community groups for lead generation

• Assist marketing team in development of advertising and promotional programs

• Edtech sales experience is an added advantage
