Job Description
- Profile: Business Development Executive
- Work Line Items: Tele Calling, Lead Creation- Online/offline, Outdoor/Indoor- Product Presentation, Lead Management, Lead Counselling, Lead Database Maintenance, Lead Entertainment on their query
- Candidate has to focus on Sales Target Completion
- Candidate has to Create Leads based on Tele calling method, Online/Offline presentation method and by generating reference system.
- Candidate has to present the product in front of lead and ultimately lead has to purchase our product
- Candidate has prime responsibility of Lead Management, Lead Creation, Lead Database maintenance and Lead Entertainment on their query
- Candidates should ready to travel on demand for Outdoor Presentation and lead Create Process.
- Candidate has prime responsibility to get the product knowledge in depth for proper counselling.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
- Language - Kannada, Telegu, Malayalam, Tamil is preferable
